Group Bookings

Cheques should be made payable to Snowdonia Cycle Hire
A deposit of 50% of the hire price (including instructor's fee if applicable) is payable at the time of booking.
A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The balance of the hire price is payable on the start date of the hire.
Bikes requested and brought to the meeting point but which are not used will be charged at 50% of the hire rate. Please ensure that we are notified of any amendments at least the day before the hire.
If you cancel the booking the following cancellation charges will apply
- More than 56 days before the hire start date - 15%
- 56 to 29 days before the hire start date - 30%
- 28 days before the hire start date to hire start date - 50%
Damages Deposit. A credit card number is required at the start of the hire as a deposit in case of damages to the bikes or other equipment belonging to Snowdonia Cycle Hire & Training. The bikes and equipment will be checked at the end of the hire and again fully on return to our hire centre. Damages found will be notified to you as soon as possible after the hire and payment requested to cover these costs.

SMBLA Courses

Booking. Please return your completed booking form with full payment to reserve your place on a course or assessment. Once payment has been received we will confirm your place.

Minimum Age. All candidates must be 18 years or over.

Minimum Numbers. We require at least five candidates on a course and three on an assessment for it to run. If this number is not reached two weeks prior to the course or assessment date then we reserve the right to cancel the course or assessment and offer you an alternative date.

Cancellation by us. We will only cancel a course or assessment if the minimum numbers required are not reached or if we are forced to do so by unusual or unforeseeable circumstances. If we cancel a course or assessment we will offer you an alternative and if this is not acceptable we will offer a full refund.

Cancellation by you. On receiving written or email notice of your cancellation the following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 56 days before the course or assessment start date - 25%
56 to 21 days before the course or assessment start date - 50%
21 days or less before the course or assessment start date - 100%

Accommodation. You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation. Here is a list of local accommodation information.

Our Responsibilities. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of bicycles or other equipment or injury to the candidate which may occur as a result of cycling on or off road or whilst in transit in any vehicle or at any other time during the course or assessment.

Provision of Information. Any information provided by Snowdonia Cycle Hire & Training or its representatives is done so in good faith but without liability on behalf of Snowdonia Cycle Hire & Training or its representatives.

First Aid Courses
